Returns: Let's make this easy peasy.

Our 30-day return policy is straightforward. If it's been over 30 days since you made your purchase, we can't offer a refund or exchange.

For a return, ensure your item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds: Your patience will be rewarded.

Once your return is received and checked, we'll email you to confirm the status of your refund. If approved, we'll process the refund to your original payment method within a few days.

If your refund is MIA, check your bank account, contact your credit card company, and then your bank. Still no luck? Drop us a line at info@thefoliageedit.com.au.

Sale items: Love a bargain? Just remember, sale items are final sale and non-refundable.

Exchanges: If life gives you lemons (or a defective product), we'll happily replace it. Just email us at info@thefoliageedit.com.au and send your item to Unit 1/146 Bell St, Coburg VIC 3058, Australia.

Gifts: If you received a gift and need to return it, we'll send you a gift credit. If the gift wasn't marked as such, we'll refund the gift giver and they'll get the lowdown on your return.
