Where we deliver

We deliver Australia-wide. We don’t currently ship internationally.

Processing times

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed before 3pm Melbourne time on a business day start processing that day. 

Delivery times

Once your order is on its way, delivery usually takes around 3 business days. Regional and remote areas can take longer. We’ll email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Large trees and oversized items

Trees over 2m are shipped as oversized items, which can add a few extra days. They arrive in parts with simple assembly instructions. Please make sure there’s clear access for delivery, and someone may need to be home to receive them. If you’re working to a deadline, get in touch before ordering and we’ll let you know realistic timing.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and what you’ve ordered.

Delivery address

Please double-check your address before placing your order. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we may need to charge for redelivery.

Damaged, missing or lost parcels

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged or missing, email info@thefoliageedit.com.au with your order number and photos as soon as you can. Within 7 days is ideal while the courier claim is fresh. If your tracking hasn’t moved for a while, let us know and we’ll chase it with the courier. Either way, we’ll sort it out.
