Heads up: for change of mind, products will need to be in their original condition and packaging, you'll need to cover the shipping costs for your returned item, and unfortunately, those costs aren't refundable. If you're due a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted.

Timing for exchanges can vary based on your location, so hang tight! For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or getting shipping insurance—we'd hate for your return to go on an unexpected adventure.

As for shipping your goodies, they'll usually be in transit for around 7 business days (Monday to Friday). Our team handles orders within 1–5 business days, and our cut-off time is 03:00 PM (GMT+10:00) Melbourne time.
